QUICKBOOKS INTEGRATION PRIVACY NOTICE
Effective Date: August 9, 2026
This notice supplements the Clean & Pristine House Cleaning LLC Online Privacy Policy and explains how our private Operations Center uses information from QuickBooks Online. It applies only to the internal QuickBooks integration operated by Clean & Pristine House Cleaning LLC.
Information Retrieved
After an authorized owner connects the company through Intuit OAuth, the integration may retrieve read-only accounting reports and related report metadata needed for internal financial review. The current integration is limited to Profit and Loss reporting for dates and an accounting method selected by an authorized owner.
How We Use QuickBooks Data
QuickBooks data is used only for Clean & Pristine's internal financial reporting, reconciliation, management review, and audit controls. It is not used for advertising and is not sold, rented, or shared for unrelated purposes.
Read-Only Controls
The Operations Center does not create, edit, delete, or post transactions in QuickBooks. The connector contains no QuickBooks write operations. QuickBooks remains the authoritative accounting system.
Authorization and Security
Connection credentials and OAuth tokens are kept in protected server-side storage. Tokens are encrypted before they are stored, are never shown to employees in the interface, and are refreshed only when needed to complete an authorized read-only request. Access to connection controls and retrieved financial reports is restricted to authorized ownership users.
Service Providers
The integration uses Intuit's QuickBooks Online Accounting API and managed cloud infrastructure used to operate the private Operations Center. Service providers process information only as needed to provide, secure, monitor, and maintain these functions, subject to their applicable agreements and privacy obligations.
Retention
OAuth connection records and limited report snapshots may be retained only as long as reasonably necessary for connection continuity, financial review, audit history, legal obligations, and security. We do not intentionally store the complete QuickBooks company file in the Operations Center.
Disconnecting and Deleting Integration Data
An authorized owner may disconnect QuickBooks from the Operations Center. Disconnecting revokes the active OAuth authorization when Intuit accepts the revocation request and removes stored access and refresh tokens from the active connection record. Limited audit records may be retained where reasonably necessary to document the connection, disconnection, security event, or legal obligation.
