How to Cancel or Reschedule

To cancel or reschedule a visit, you can reach us by:

  • Phone call or voicemail: 401-375-4175

  • Text message

  • Email

Notice is considered received when your message is received during our normal business hours. Messages received after hours will be counted as of the next business day.

To end recurring service completely (not just cancel a visit), we ask that you call our office directly so we can review your account, confirm details, and make sure everything is wrapped up properly.

Deep Clean Appointments

Deep Cleans require a larger block of time and are often scheduled well in advance.

  • 48+ hours’ notice: You can cancel or reschedule your Deep Clean with no fee.

  • Less than 48 hours’ notice: A fee equal to 50% of the Deep Clean rate will be charged.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows: The full 100% of the Deep Clean rate will be charged.​

Recurring Visits (Weekly, Bi-Weekly, or Monthly)

For our recurring clients, each visit is reserved specifically for your home and your team.

  • 48+ hours’ notice: You can cancel or reschedule your visit with no fee.

  • Less than 48 hours’ notice: A $50 short-notice cancellation fee will apply.

  • Short-notice reschedules are treated the same as cancellations, since that time is still booked for your home.

Ending a Recurring Cleaning Relationship

If you ever decide to end your recurring service completely (not just skip a visit), we simply ask for advance notice based on how often we see you:

  • Weekly service: 7 days’ notice

  • Bi-weekly service: 14 days’ notice

  • Monthly service: 30 days’ notice

If notice is provided later than these time frames, your next scheduled visit will be charged in full, as that time has already been reserved for you.

To end recurring service, please call our office at 401-375-4175. We’ll confirm your last visit, any applicable final charges, and send a written confirmation for your records.
