What you will do

  • Complete recurring, deep-cleaning, and turnover assignments using Clean & Pristine checklists and quality standards.
  • Care for customer homes, access instructions, belongings, and privacy with professionalism and respect.
  • Use cleaning products, supplies, and equipment safely and report anything that needs attention.
  • Communicate clearly with teammates and leaders throughout the route.
  • Support final quality checks and leave each space ready for the client to enjoy.

What helps you succeed

  • Dependable attendance, punctuality, and follow-through.
  • Reliable transportation between customer homes and a valid driver’s license.
  • Comfort using a smartphone-based work system for schedules, notes, and job updates.
  • The ability to perform active cleaning work—including standing, bending, reaching, and carrying standard supplies—with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • A willingness to complete the company’s screening, training, and safety process.

Schedule and service area

This role supports assigned customer routes based from Tiverton, Rhode Island, with work across Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts. Daytime and turnover-route availability varies with the position and customer schedule. Exact hours and availability expectations are reviewed during the hiring conversation.
