50-Point Checklist

It's important to us that you know precisely what you're getting so there's no surprises when we arrive. That's why we've developed our 50-point checklist system which allows you to see exactly what we'll be doing. The checklist will change slightly based on the type of cleaning so make sure you find the exact clean you're looking for. 

Cleaning Mirror

Bedrooms

  • Beds made (linens changed upon request)

  • Lamps cleaned and lampshades dusted.

  • Fingerprints removed from all woodwork, doorframes, and switch plates.

  • Picture frames dusted.

  • Furniture dusted - top, front and underneath.

  • Floors vacuumed and/or washed (under bed if accessible)

  • Windowsills cleaned (blinds dusted upon request)

  • Baseboards dusted.

  • Trash emptied.

  • Mirrors cleaned.

  • General straightening completed.

  • Ceiling fans dusted (height restrictions apply)

Kitchen

  • Appliance exteriors cleaned (interiors upon request)

  • Microwave exterior/interior cleaned.

The Airbnb Turnover
42-Point Checklist

We have a quick a simple solution for your Airbnb turnovers. Hire us, we'll come in, turn it over, replenish your toiletries and get out of there before your next guest arrives. 

Airbnb Turnover

Bedrooms

  • Bed sheets, duvet's & pillow cases changed

  • Beds made

  • Top Dust all surface tops

  • Vacuum

  • Spot Mop the floor.

  • Trash emptied.

  • Mirrors cleaned.

  • General straightening completed.

Kitchen

  • Appliance exteriors cleaned (interiors upon request)

  • Microwave exterior/interior cleaned.

  • Fingerprints removed from all woodwork, doorframes and switch plates.

  • Tables and chairs cleaned.

  • Countertops and backsplash disinfected

  • Cabinet fronts cleaned.

  • Sinks scrubbed and disinfected,

  • Clean dishes emptied from dishwasher (New Load will be run if needed but can not guarantee its completion before cleaners leave) 

  • Floor vacuumed and spot mopped.

  • Trash emptied from trash & Fridge.

  • Coffee pods, tea, etc. replenished.

Cleaners do not clean laundry onsite. Laundry is taken off site and washed, dried & Folded at a third party laundromat. There is a separate rate for our laundry drop off service and is not included in your Airbnb cleaning rate. Clients can also choose to have dirty laundry left, bagged on site for clients to clean. Please speak with our customer support for more info regarding this process.

This cleaning is perfect for that one time scenario to get you ready for a family event, holiday gathering or party that you're hosting. We come once, get it done and we're out of your hair.
