Trust - Trust works both ways. It's crucial in this industry because we're entering people's private homes and are entrusted with all of their belongings which is why all of our employees go through an extensive county and national background check. But trust doesn't stop there. It extends to the employee/employer relationships. Our employees need to be able to trust our upper management and believe they have their best interest in mind otherwise none of this works. That's one of the reasons why we have an open door policy, because we want to ensure at all costs your experience as an employee under the Clean & Pristine brand isn't being neglected by someone who might not be following the rigorous policy procedures of our company. Quality - It's super important to have trust and to have a system or a process that allows for the best work flow, we get that. What we also know beyond the shadow of a doubt is that if quality doesn't exist then none of the afore mentioned really matters because it all fades away at the quality of the service or experience. We take this very seriously and have developed a unified training program that provides all of our employees with the perfect foundation to build their cleaning career upon. We don't show you how to beat the time clock or blast through a cleaning to reach a certain time limit. Don't get us wrong, there are time restraints for every job, but we've built our entire model around how long it takes to appropriately clean any given job and we chose not to cut any corners. We want to ensure the appropriate time is allotted to clean our clients home with precision keeping our brand in mind and we decided to price our jobs out accordingly, even if that might mean at times we aren't able to offer the absolute lowest rate. We'd rather stand by the motto "we don't strive for the cheapest rate, we strive for the best cleaning experience" Our clients know this and are entirely happy with our competitive rates.
Experience - When we say experience, we actually don't mean the level of experience you come into our company with. We mean the experience you have once you arrive. We appreciate two realities; Without our clients we have no business and without our great employees we have no ability to continue to successfully grow and expand at the rate we have. We offer a competitive starting wage, a lucrative bonus structure, top tier fuel reimbursement with no disqualifiers, and opportunities to earn partnership within our company. Be that as it may, the opportunity for partnership does exist here at Clean & Pristine and we ONLY allow partnership opportunities to be offered to existing staff.
