Airbnb Deep Clean - This is a process we recommend all of our vacation rental clients take advantage of bi-monthly or quarterly to ensure your vacation properties remain free from the inevitable collective dust and dirt that accumulates behind furniture etc. over time. Clients who utilize this service notice a cleaner rental property and a happier guest because it never allows the accumulation of hidden dust and dirt in places that aren't traditionally cleaned during a turnover (i.e. behind furniture etc.) This service is provided at a higher rate due to the length of time it takes to complete.

- Ceilings and light fixtures and fans.
- All Trim, Including all baseboards, doors and window frames.
- Faces, sides and tops of doors.
- Floors including buffing/polishing/waxing if applicable or vacuuming carpet.
- Ducts, vents and baseboard heating exchanges.
- Windows, including tracks and frames interior and exterior of windows.
- Removing all trash, plastic coverings and stickers.
- We then do a through clean of every room including all kitchen appliances exteriors, cabinet interiors & exteriors, counter tops and sinks.
- Thorough clean in bathrooms to remove all dust as well as interior of cabinets.
